@glitchthe3rd Curious - how so, and have there been any attempts at diagnosis?

As far as I am aware, autism is caused by a physical difference in the brain, making that functionally impossible - perhaps it would be expressed differently, with different coping methods being used, but you'll have to excuse me if I do find it hard to believe that there is no effect of a literal physical brain difference on tulpas using the same brain.
Autism is so broad and badly defined I wouldn't be surprised if it was the case that some forms of it could be "cured". Although it may be more that those things don't deserve the diagnosis of autism, either.
That said, if i recall correctly, autism is typically a physical brain anomaly - though I am also aware that there were quite a few excessive diagnoses of autism (and ADD/ADHD) for awhile - or even now, I'm not sure.
If I might guess, tulpa might let a person abandon a lot of the baggage and fear they have around others, and kinda let them tackle social situations from a fresh angle. This would help a lot with stuff like confidence, stammering and stuttering, and so on.
Alternatively, because tulpa speak mostly inside your head, the issues may not emerge until a person decides to switch.
Those would make the tulpa "not" have autism even if it isn't cured.
I can certainly see tulpas helping, or improving things - but I would ask, have you switched and tested this? Are the cues noticed in post? Or could it perhaps be due to differing perspectives?
That is possible, @Beckett, though I am making the assumption that glitch is saying the tulpas either are saying "I noticed that cue" afterwards, or are noticing different cues than he does.
Tulpa is the mental entity, created and living in the human's mind, but with my own free will, memories, emotions and feelings. Who Am I? giggling Yep, you...
Idk, like I don't know what causes autism, and I'm too lazy to look it up, honestly, but if it's the brain being different, and your tulpas live in the same brain, right.
I did some research, apparently personality disorders are not caused by physiological difference like autism, so I think if you had one it would be likely your tulpa doesn't have it and would thus be able to help with it. a lot of people in this community say they have anxiety, depression, etc and their tulpa helps with it. I think these people actually have personality disorders. just a theory anyways
Personality disorders (PD) are a class of mental disorders characterized by enduring maladaptive patterns of behavior, cognition, and inner experience, exhibited across many contexts and deviating from those accepted by the individual's culture. ...
So - to be clear, there are differing degrees of mental issues. Personality disorders are one flavor - however, depression and anxiety can have very real physiological impacts/causes.
Yes, depression is caused by hormone imbalances if I'm not mistaken, but depressive personality disorders (which is different) doesn't seem to be. Theres some overlap between the symptoms of personality disorders and other mental disorders
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a highly prevalent neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by impaired social communication and restricted and repetitive behaviors (RRBs). Over the past decade, neuroimaging studies have provided considerable ...
Also, my wonderland is a giant field with critters, and a lake. There is a castle, but it's not consistent, so the rooms always change, and when we walk into a door in the castle, we can just say "It'll be X room" and it is.
I (mostly) freely change the POV. But then again, despite the largely open space, me and Nin9 are typically within the same perspective so there's rarely a reason to change the POV too much.
My own wonderland is, as mentioned, an open space. Typically it looks kind of like the Windows XP wallpaper with green fields and hills and flowers dotting about. However the landscape changes as needed.
Me and Nin9 are typically mentally dynamic. My job demands I sit still a lot so we get creative and toss up a lot. Although she's been bothering me for the past two days.

Nin9 has been sentient since before she took form and doesn't take well to puppeting but she's been... Listless lately, not moving around unless I make her. I guess I spent a weeks worth of excitement in two days when she woke up for a bit.
{What’s a good way to keep control of the body when possessing, along with making movements feel even the slightest bit alien to hostie? Since she feels like she’s executing all the shit, she slowly regained control every damn time...}
Assert dominance over your body while it's possessed by grasping onto ice, biting your tongue, furiously staring at yourself in the mirror while doing the above.
if you're controlling the body and feelings its senses then that's all that needs to be done on your end (to my knowledge), the other half of switching is your host dissociating out
